Tickets are valid only for the specified date, route, and departure time, but they can be changed, subject to availability.
- If you purchased your ticket online, you can request a change at Positano Jet ticket offices or through the modification link available on the website or on your ticket: https://positanojet.nefesy.com/mb2c/login
- Online changes are allowed up to 2 hours before departure.
- If the change is requested within 24 hours of departure, a €5 fee per ticket applies, in addition to any fare difference.
- For changes to group tickets, you must contact the ticket office or your sales representative.

Yes, under specific conditions:
- For tickets canceled up to 24 hours before departure, 20% of the ticket price will be retained.
- For tickets canceled up to 1 hour before departure, 50% of the ticket price will be retained.
- Booking fees are never refundable.
- If the passenger does not show up for boarding without prior notice, no refund will be given.
- If the departure is canceled by the company, these penalties do not apply.

Each passenger can bring one piece of luggage for free, measuring up to 40x20x25 cm.
Larger luggage will incur an extra fee. -
Yes, dogs, cats, and other small pets are permitted, with the applicable fee.
Dogs must be on a leash and wear a muzzle; cats and small animals should be kept in appropriate carriers.
Guide dogs travel free of charge.
The company may deny boarding to animals that, because of health, hygiene, odor, or aggressive behavior, could be a nuisance or pose a risk to other passengers. -
Passengers must arrive with a valid ticket at least 15 minutes before departure to ensure boarding. Otherwise, boarding is not guaranteed.

No. If you’ve already bought your ticket online, you can go straight to boarding with your valid ticket, including an electronic one.

Yes. Passengers with reduced mobility can travel, but if special assistance is needed, it must be requested at least 48 hours before departure. You will need to provide documentation confirming your right to assistance.

Fares vary by route and may include additional charges, such as surcharges, taxes, port fees, pre-sale fees of up to €1.50 per passenger, and booking fees of €1.00 per route.
